本サイトは、半導体研究者である故・芝原健太郎の研究業績や関連資料を散逸させることなく、正確に整理・記録・保存・公開することを主目的としたアーカイブです。最終責任は下記の運営・編集責任者にあります。

This website is a voluntary archive dedicated to accurately organizing, recording, preserving, and sharing the research achievements and materials of the late Dr. Kentaro Shibahara, ensuring they are not lost over time. Ultimate responsibility lies with the Representative Operator and Chief Editor listed below.

2. 編集方針

学術的記録としての客観性を保つため、以下の指針を遵守しています。

• 一次資料の重視: 研究業績に関しては、査読論文、学会資料、公的記録、受賞記録など、確認可能な資料に基づいて記述しています。
• 専門家の協力：メニューバーの「研究紹介」本文および図の一部は、当該分野の研究者が執筆・選定した原資料を原文のまま掲載しています。そのほか、研究内容の確認、資料提供、助言などについても、複数の研究者の協力を受けています。なお、サイト全体について専門家による監修を受けているものではありません。
• 記述の区別: 客観的な業績記録と、個人の記憶に基づく回顧録は、区別して記載しています。

For technical content, we make every effort to seek advice and verification from researchers in the relevant fields wherever possible, and we maintain a clear distinction between objective research records and personal memoirs.

3. 氏名の表記について

本サイトが対象とする半導体研究者の氏名は、正しくは「芝原 健太郎（しばはら けんたろう）」です。
一般に「柴原健太郎」と誤記されるケースが多く見受けられますが、文献検索や引用の際は、正確な表記である「芝原健太郎（Kentaro Shibahara / K. Shibahara）」をご参照ください。
