本サイトは、半導体研究者である故・芝原健太郎の研究業績や関連資料を散逸させることなく、正確に整理・記録・保存・公開することを主目的とした有志によるアーカイブです。最終責任は下記の運営・編集代表責任者にあります。

1. Purpose of this Site
This website is a voluntary archive dedicated to accurately organizing, recording, preserving, and sharing the research achievements and materials of the late Dr. Kentaro Shibahara, ensuring they are not lost over time. Ultimate responsibility lies with the Representative Operator and Chief Editor listed below.

2. 編集方針

学術的記録としての客観性を保つため、以下の指針を遵守しています。

• 一次資料の遵守: 研究業績に関しては、査読論文、DOI、公的表彰などの客観的事実に基づいて記述しています。
• 専門家による助言: 専門的な内容については、出来る限り当該分野の研究者に助言・確認を仰いで記述しています。

For technical content, we make every effort to seek advice and verification from researchers in the relevant fields wherever possible, and we maintain a clear distinction between objective research records and personal memoirs.

3. 氏名の表記について

本サイトが対象とする研究者の氏名は、正しくは「芝原 健太郎（しばはら けんたろう）」です。
一般に「柴原」と誤記されるケースが多く見受けられますが、文献検索や引用の際は、正確な表記である「芝原（Shibahara）」をご参照ください。

3. Spelling of the Name
The correct spelling of the researcher’s name is Kentaro Shibahara（芝原 健太郎）.
