In Memoriam

2011: Memorial Tribute at the Opening of the Symposium on VLSI Technology
Professor Shibahara passed away in 2011. In recognition of his outstanding achievements and lifelong contributions, a special memorial session was held in his honor at the very beginning of the 2011 Symposium on VLSI Technology opening ceremony.
